Konstruktorska Business Center, part of the Golden Star Estate portfolio, is set to welcome another tenant. C&F, a global provider of advanced technology solutions and consulting services, has signed a long-term lease for nearly 1,900 m² of modern office space in the building. Following this transaction, the office property, located in the heart of Warsaw’s Mokotów business district, is now almost fully leased.

C&F is an international technology and consulting company specialising in data management, analytics, artificial intelligence, digital transformation and business process automation. The company’s Polish branch will relocate to Konstruktorska Business Center at the beginning of 2027, occupying approximately 1,900 m² of high-quality office space. On behalf of C&F, the lease transaction was coordinated by Aleksandra Borowiecka, Business Administration Manager, while Golden Star Estate was represented by Agnieszka Kawczyńska, Leasing Manager.
