Emerson Process Management has decided to extend its lease agreement at Konstruktorska Business Center. The global leader in engineering and technology has leased an additional 2,500 sqm. of modern office space. As of November 2022, the expanded Emerson headquarters will occupy a total of more than 6,500 sqm. of space on the 5^th and 6^th floor of the our building.

Emerson is a global provider of innovative industrial automation solutions and commercial & residential building systems. Emerson’s Automation Solutions business helps customers maximize industrial production, protect the environment and personnel while optimizing energy consumption and reducing operating costs. Emerson’s Commercial & Residential Solutions business helps ensure human comfort and health, protect food quality and safety and create sustainable infrastructure.

After expansion by another 2,500 sqm., Emerson offices at Konstruktorska Business Center will be arranged on 6,500 sqm. of modern space, located on the 5^th and 6^th floor of the building. The lease has been signed for 9 years. During the negotiation process, the tenant was advised by Colliers International.
