Kanał Sportowy, one of Poland’s leading sports media platforms, and ZDROFIT, the country’s largest fitness club chain, have once again decided to continue their presence at Konstruktorska Business Center in Warsaw. Kanał Sportowy will maintain its lease of 512 m², while ZDROFIT will continue to occupy 1,000 m². Both tenants operate on the ground floor of this seven-storey building located in the heart of Mokotów’s business district.

Kanał Sportowy is a media project positioned between internet television and sports journalism, operating primarily on YouTube. The platform features renowned sports journalists Mateusz Borek and Michał Pol, who are the main creators of its content. To date, nearly 7,300 videos have been produced across Kanał Sportowy (with more than 1.03 million subscribers) and Kanał Sportowy Extra (216,000 subscribers).

Kanał Sportowy has been based at Konstruktorska Business Center since 2022. Within its 512 m² lease, the company has arranged office space for its team as well as a recording studio. Under the new agreement with Golden Star Group, the building’s asset manager, the tenant will remain at Konstruktorska Business Center for the coming years.

The largest fitness club chain in Poland – ZDROFIT – has also decided to extend its lease at Konstruktorska Business Center. The brand offers a wide selection of group classes, modern gyms with high-quality training equipment, and relaxation zones with saunas. The chain, which now includes over 125 locations, is owned by Benefit Systems.

At the office building owned by Golden Star Group, ZDROFIT has operated the “Zdrofit Warszawa Mokotów – Konstruktorska” club since 2014, occupying 1,000 m². The tenant has decided to extend its current lease for another ten years.
