Three companies from the PZU Group, one of the largest financial institutions in Poland and Central & Eastern Europe, have decided to lease space at Konstruktorska Business Center in Warsaw for another 10 years. The firms have renewed their lease for a total of over 6,500 m2 of modern office space in the building owned by Golden Star Group.
The PZU Group is one of the largest financial institutions in Poland and in Central & Eastern Europe. At its core is Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń S.A. (PZU), a public company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The brand’s roots date back to 1803, when the first insurance company in Poland was established. For over 200 years, insurance operations have been at the heart of the PZU Group’s identity, focused on providing clients with peace of mind and a sense of security through comprehensive insurance coverage across all key areas of private, public, and economic life.
Konstruktorska Business Center houses the headquarters of three companies from the PZU Group: Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń S.A., Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń na Życie S.A., and PZU Centrum Operacji S.A.
These companies from the PZU Group have been connected with Konstruktorska Business Center since 2015. Under a new, long-term lease agreement, signed for 10 years, they will continue their operations on more than 6,500 m2 of comfortable commercial space in a building in the very heart of the Mokotów business district. During the negotiation and finalization of the new lease agreement, the landlord was represented by Marcin Rogala from the SRC Law Firm.
“We are proud to continue our cooperation with our longstanding partner and extend the lease. This means that our partner and their employees appreciate the working conditions offered by the modern and inspiring space at Konstruktorska Business Center. On the other hand, this is also perfect proof of the quality of our services as the owner and asset manager of this building. We are happy that the PZU Group, one of the most recognizable brands in Poland, has trusted us again and decided to tie the future of its companies with Konstruktorska Business Center,” said Mariusz Breś, Senior Vice President at Golden Star Estate
Ewa Dragunajtys, Associate Director at Golden Star Estate, commented: “We are pleased to have the opportunity to continue working with the companies of the PZU Group, which has always gone beyond the standard landlord-tenant relationship. Over the years of PZU’s presence at Konstruktorska Business Center, we have carried out a number of inspiring educational and health initiatives for the building’s community, which have always been very well received. I am confident that we will have more initiatives and years of excellent cooperation ahead of us. I would like to thank the entire PZU team involved in this lease extension transaction, especially Marek Gędziorowski, who coordinated the process.”
