The firms have renewed their lease for a total of over 6,500 m<sup>2<\/sup> of modern office space in the building owned by Golden Star Group.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The PZU Group is one of the largest financial institutions in Poland and in Central &amp; Eastern Europe. At its core is Powszechny Zak\u0142ad Ubezpiecze\u0144 S.A. (PZU), a public company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The brand\u2019s roots date back to 1803, when the first insurance company in Poland was established. For over 200 years, insurance operations have been at the heart of the PZU Group\u2019s identity, focused on providing clients with peace of mind and a sense of security through comprehensive insurance coverage across all key areas of private, public, and economic life.<\/p>\n<p>Konstruktorska Business Center houses the headquarters of three companies from the PZU Group: Powszechny Zak\u0142ad Ubezpiecze\u0144 S.A., Powszechny Zak\u0142ad Ubezpiecze\u0144 na \u017bycie S.A., and PZU Centrum Operacji S.A.<\/p>\n<p>These companies from the PZU Group have been connected with Konstruktorska Business Center since 2015. Under a new, long-term lease agreement, signed for 10 years, they will continue their operations on more than 6,500 m<sup>2<\/sup> of comfortable commercial space in a building in the very heart of the Mokot\u00f3w business district. During the negotiation and finalization of the new lease agreement, the landlord was represented by Marcin Rogala from the SRC Law Firm.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are proud to continue our cooperation with our longstanding partner and extend the lease. The seven-story building features one of the largest typical floor areas in the region of Central &amp; Eastern Europe, at 7,000 m<sup>2<\/sup>, providing tenants total flexibility in arranging the workspace to suit their requirements.
