At this Warsaw office building, part of Golden Star Estate’s portfolio, 5 SENSES has been signed as the new canteen operator, taking 560 m² of ground-floor retail space. At the same time, CONTRACT Meble Biurowe, which has operated a publicly accessible showroom at the property since 2021, has renewed its lease for 350 m², also on the ground floor.

Under the lease agreement concluded with Golden Star Estate, 5 SENSES has decided to open canteen at Konstruktorska Business Center. The restaurant, occupying approximately 560 m² of space, will be open to all office employees as well as visitors. In addition to the indoor area, guests will also be able to enjoy an outdoor garden during the summer season, located in a green courtyard.

CONTRACT Meble Biurowe has been present at Konstruktorska Business Center for five years. The company offers specialised interior furnishings designed for intensive use, durability, and ergonomics in workplaces, hotels, and restaurants. It has been operating on both the Polish and international markets for over 20 years, delivering comprehensive solutions that include design, furnishing, and space arrangement. Its portfolio comprises approximately 5,000 projects in Poland and worldwide, with ongoing cooperation with more than 50 leading Polish office furniture manufacturers.

At the Golden Star Estate property, the company operates a showroom where, across 350 m² of space, it presents its latest furniture collections in a variety of arrangements. By extending its current lease agreement, CONTRACT Meble Biurowe has decided to continue its operations at Konstruktorska Business Center for the coming years.
